Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any charges. To request a cancellation, please contact us at Lucentartsjewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

    • If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, we will make every effort to process the cancellation; however, this is subject to availability.

  • After Shipment:

    • Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In such cases, you may initiate a return request under our return policy once the item is delivered.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:

    • If an item is canceled after it has been shipped, shipping fees or any handling charges may be deducted from the refund. The balance will be refunded according to our return policy once the product is received in its original condition.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun. This includes personalized jewelry or items crafted specifically per customer requests.
